Yeah... looks good.
I'm on cable-modem and get a pause also when I open the page.

What exactly would you like us to give opinios on? I like the colors, but that hardly has anything to do with an SEO site review forum

Nice looking site.

24 seconds on a 28.8 to load is a bit slow, but if you added a width attribute to your tables (wow, and people say I use allot to them ;) ) it would allow the page to start (visibly) loading faster, so the visitors is seeing a glimmer of hope through the wait. (There is also one graphic missing height/width attributes that would help it display sooner.)

There are some tricks to using tables that will help you rank higher by getting your keyword/text higher than some of the side navigation links. I don't know if there has already been a thread here, but it may be worth checking.

I also use tables quite a bit, which can tend to bloat the html a bit. One thing you can do, is get rid of default commands. For example, if <TD> always defaults to the Left, you can do a search and replace for all <TD ALIGN=LEFT and simply replace with <TD and not change your page. Killing all the spaces "&nbsp" between the many links and the graphics they go to and removing all the unused (ALT="") alts will help reduce the size of the page, and get a higher percentage of text on the page to be about your subject and not just the code to make the page.

Nothing major, but with the size of your text, you may be able to cut it down quite a bit.

Good looking site overall, best of luck. - Robert

I have a dsl connection here in Europe. But it takes honestly about 30 seconds until the page is completly loaded.

thank you guys,

I did some changes in the source code and mysql, now it takes some seconds less to load the page

jocelyn, it gets a pause, because of the mysql... maybe I have to optimize it...

I like it, only suggestion on this one is adding a link to the home page when clicking the logo in the upper left. I think its more of a usability thing than a SEO trick. I would also add some alt text to it as well. I know a lot of people get used to clicking a logo and taking them back to the homepage.

Just a suggestion ;-)
