RSS feeds tool

I'm not sure it's the right place to post this but after all it is talking about articles/promotion, here is my dilema:

Is it possible to create web pages on a website that are also RSS feeds?
I mean having my regular pages but in a format compliant to RSS stuff so i can submit them too?

And is there a really good tool for this exept having a blog because that will not fit my design probably (i'm not that technical 8-| )

If someone has a good tutorial or tool i'd like to have it too !

The short answer is no. You would have to create an XML file each time you change the content (there are tools for this too) However you can modify blogs to look exactly how you want (www.jeremy-lang.com/blog/ is an example). Depending on what you have in mind that may work for you.
