Google today index most of my site but my PR still 0 ???

It takes Google a while to calculate the Pagerank and backlinks.
You probably have to wait until the next PR update to get your PR and backlinks show up.

Yes it does take Google a very long time to get you fully get you backlinks / PR. I waited over 3 months for PR but while I was waiting I was going out and getting some backlinks so when Google did finally PR me I headed stright for a PR4 and still climbing to this day.

For a BL update to show up on your toolbar is 2-3 BL update cycles, but Google normally will use all backlinks in the first cycle in the effect on the serps; they just don't appear publicly on the toolbar.
