Hi,
What is the best way to go about buying a good set of PR links to my site? I would be very interested in a footer link on a good ranking site with many pages.
If anyone has anything that may interest me please PM me..
Thanks

My suggestion is to find a very highly rated site in your industy and check their backlinks, if they are sponsoring somewhere you likely can sponsor there too, the logic being those links are helping them so their good for your type of site.
You can always go to places like linkadage or textlink brokers as well. Also Patrick Gavin is always a good guy to talk to www.positioned1.com Tell them SEO Guy Sent you ;)

yep, if I was going to sell or buy, linkadage would be my first stop

Rather than buying or selling links, you can use some free services like
www.linkmarket.net i have been using it for over a month, and traded
about 100 links successful. The service works good and each catagorey
is themed. If your going to buy links on a site consider spending
a bit of time and building some for yourself permanatly its probably
alot cheaper and more effective in the long run.
I sell products that can be used in just about any industry.
ie payroll software, so getting a link from any site or business
that has a payroll problem gives me the chance
to show them my product even if they say no
to linking to my site.
Links are to increase my business not just my "page rank"

ehe and partially becuase i cant seem to get
my page rank to go up anyway :)
