Interesting site. Did you take over the domain from an existing site? I never saw a PR0 with an alexa rating of 90,000.

Edited: Whoops. I guess I didn't look very hard as my own site is in the same situation. I guess it has been over 3 months since a PR update and the toolbar doesn't mean much any more.

Are you still around? Say, the real estate page is looking rather over run. You have a lot of links there. Maybe it's time to list individual states. This will not only give you more pages, but will keep the number of links per page down.
