Another Spiderable Link Question

I'm pretty sure this can be spidered but it never hurts to ask the board to be on the safe side.

The link looks as follows : <a href="somepage.asp onMouseOver="stm(Text[0],Style[0])" onMouseOut="htm()">The page </a>

What this links does is it dispalys an Information box on Mouseover and before click.

If anyone really wants to dive into it, the information page is at migoicons*tripod*com/dhtips.htm (stars are dots)
