Hi all -

Been around SEO Guy's site a few times, namely after repeatedly stumbling into some of his text-link ads and link building campaigns. Nice new design, though - a great improvement. :)

I went commercial SEO In March of this year, after experimenting with various aspects of SEO for hobby sites over the previous year. My company - britecorp (http://www.britecorp.co.uk) - essentially works from a local business model - we provide various business internet services for local companies, but link-building SEO is my core - and most fun - part of work.

Spent time at Phil Craven's Webworkshop, and did some moderating for John Scott at his IMR forums. Used to hang around SitePoint a lot, but not so much recently.

Anyway, I'll be opening up to the wider world market very soon - just finishing off completion of my merchant account. Ideally I'd like to outsource my own link-building skills to other SEOs, and will soon be offering space for text-link advertising across my network of sites (I won't disrespect hospitality by listing them :) )

Also created www.SEO-lab.com as a resource site for more intermediate to advanced articles. I did look at asking SEO-Guy for article submissions, but the material on his site was just a little too light. Maybe later, though, as the place needs updating a little. :)

Anyway, hi all. :)

Impressive bio. So you think SEO Guy is a light weight... that is interesting. :D

Heh, light-weight articles on his site - not light-weight in the SEO industry. :)

Hi Julian, nice to see you about as well. :)

And nice to see Leeds get a mention, even if they're no longer in the premiership. Nice site, btw. :)

Hi jocelyn, and thanks for the welcome. :)

I've tended not to post much on forums for a while - but life is calming down and I've found myself returnnig to a few. :)

Well I did read a lot of your posts there.
From what I saw... you should do good with your new company.

Good success buddy !

P.S. - I hate to use 'good luck', since it's like saying that you need luck to get to success.. LOL

I'm not sure how long I'll spend around here, but it does look interesting. :)

Hey Brian - you know why there's a "1" after Leeds don't you ...

Thanks for the site compliments - just did a redesign and it's really boosted sales - navigation was poor before and the layout. This something I should really post somewhere else in webdesign or something.

Hey Brian,
Your right and your right, heh. I got so busy so fast that the article writing and updating of my site regrettably had to take a back seat. I havent written a new article in over 5 months I think, I just dont have the time. Thats why I opened the floor to submissions of articles.

My main focus right now is working on this forum which is becoming increasingly popular which is awesome! Working on an updated version of my antiquated SEO tutorial to make it little more generic (And admittedly when I wrote it, I didnt know 1/1000 of what I know now) And then maybe just maybe I can get back to articles and content for my site.

Your a welcome addition to a very young forum brian, I have alot of respect for your knowlege base and if you want some exposure on my site feel free to submit a BIO and articles they will all be posted with backlinks and credit as well your bio gets its own page just like this one http://www.seo-guy.com/authors/cliff-ritter.html and the author bio's are accessible to visitors from my main navigation so they can find it pretty easily.

Great to have you Brian
