Link Checker with AdSense

I need to check broken links on one of my sites which has Google AdSense on many pages. Am I getting any risk that software (Xenu, WEBCEO) will produce invalid clicks on AdSense?
If yes, what can I do except removing all AdSense codes from my pages before ckecking links?

Hi,

when you enter a new url, there's a checkbox "Check external links" - make sure it's not checked.
