I have tried to optimize my site, and i think i've done alright! but i'd love for some on to see it and give me feedback. I might be totaly wrong.
also, can some one tell me why when i rum link popularity check it comes out as if i have 0 links, but i know i have atleast 5-6

i've done all the meta's ,alt tags, worked on the page copy gotten some links but they don't show up.also i linked all the pages added bold and italic on keywords.....what else can i do?

also, i checked keyword density.
spiderability.

my main keywords are chair massage trade show services massage

I'll do a quick glancing one getting late ....U, the titles a bit ambitious far too long and weakening your KW density go for short and sweet. Take all that author tag revisit tag etc thats stuff dont work no more... just have the basics keywords, description, any stuff u use java script etc... got to get the text as close to the top as possible; for this reason also create a style sheet and make it tider and easier to follow. A nice look to the site though...
