Well this questions is mostly directed towards seo guy becuase he's got two and i wanna know what has to be done so that you dont get cought by google for duplicate content and all that nice stuff.

you got www.seo-guy.com and www.seoguy.com with the same content what are u doing so that google doesnt mess with ur sites for duplicate content.

Yes that is a great question I would like to know too. I will be doing a site soon where it will have two domains but the same content as well...

Lol, www.seoguy.com is just forwarded to www.seo-guy.com they arent 2 unique sites

I did a backlinks check on both and seo-guy.com has twice as many. But on the backlinks for seoguy.com the actual link is pointing to seo-guy.com. How did you set this up? and I dont understand how google doesnt see it as two seperate sites...

i believe these are 301 redirects. am i correct?

You can't do a 301 redirect to a different domain. Atleast i dont think you can.
