I made it to the first page

Finally I made it to the first page, but with a keyword that no one would ever use. I don't even have that keyword on my page "ring tones with chat". Well what ever as long as I am on the first page :p

Those sort of unintended phrases that rank highly, happen to me all the time. They don't give many hits each (2 or 3 per day), but I have a lot of different ones.

I'm always astonished at the search phrases in my logs... it's well worth taking a regular look.

good point. I use a spreadsheet to keep record of the keywords, both intended and unitended ones and then focus on the ones which are used the most to come to my site.

haha I just remembered - I was getting a lot of visitors for "cellulitus". I checked in Google and I was number one - quite a feat for such a competitive term until I realised it was a mis-spelling..... :o

I leave most of the typos, and mis-spellings - but I had to delete that one; my site has so little to do with cellullitus, and I felt it was totally unethical....
