However under the circumstances it is bad - same exact title & description on many pages. Worse yet, many are links pages which contain links to completely unrelated websites. Drugs, SEO, Gifts, Pets, etc.

Showing up for the allin's isn't bad (if you're not, you're not going to be ranking for much). The site structure/format/layout/links may be.
