Is there an advantage to use dashes in page names?
Ex. domain.com/camry-oil-filter.htm

hyphen - will help separate the words for the user and bots.
Do not use too many since they may deside to give less weight to these at any time.
Underscore _ will be good for the users but not as good as - for the bots.

As a newbie, I misread a post and used only _
I'm not gonna change all this now, but will use some - in my filenames now.

The old google read buybananas.html as the keyword buybananas, not buy bananas. The new google doesn't have this problem, but it has kinda become convention to put your keywords in with hyphens when you're doing seo-friendly design. Jocelyn's right though, if in the future google decides that the hyphenated names are being abused, they may just remove the relevency to the serps - just like they did with meta-descriptions.
