I do development on DotNetNuke and someone posted this on the asp.net forums. So since I am a newbie & am going to be asking a lot of questions, I figured I would share something too.
There are a lot of webpage analyzing tools but I hadn't seen anyone refer to this one and it is quite thorough and has a section on 'accessibility'. I've tried a few and was impressed.
It finds things such as browser compatibility, page efficiency, page accessibility, readability, etc...
So, it may find that you are using javascript that is specific to a mouse (you can't use keyboard), or you have a background color similar to a foreground color, or places where you are not using relative position for tables, etc....

Anyways, I'd be curious to what ppl think. I think this tool is awesome & I made several updates to my website tonight from it (including some obscure broken image links I had missed).
