Ok Here goes
The URL is = http://www.aboutsingles.net/
My Target keywords are
"Christian Single"

My keyword frequency is
christian 46 8.08%
singles 25 4.39%
dating 22 3.87%

My competitor for the #1 spot is
http://www.singlec.com
christian 16 8.94%
singles 11 6.15%
single 7 3.91%

I have H1 and H2 tags with my Keyword phrase
I have bold and italic keyword phrase though out my site and through out the normal body text.

I have a page rank of 6 on the home page.

I have totally redid this site.

My Keyword meta tag and description have my keywords
in the most prominent position.

I have link text from internal pages pointing to my main page.

I have started getting back links using my keyword in the anchor text.

i.e.

<a href="http://www.aboutsingles.net" title="Christian Single">Christian Single</a>

*********** Did I miss anything ************

Don't be shy. Come on...

Morgan Did I miss anything?

My only question would be how is my Page Rank linking?
Meaning did I link the site to receive the most amount of page rank though out the site?

From a useability standpoint your site leaves a lot to be desired. The design also didn't give me any reason to continue into the site but I did for the sake of a review. None of your asp generated links seemed to work either. It looked like the first half was chopped off.

ok this is a little off the topic but I wouldn't reccommend having nude pictures and links on your site if you are also targeting religious singles... this is not good at all.

Seeing as I was called out on this one, I am not going to lie to you abs, I think you missed the point of a website altogether. I mean from a pure SEO perspective if you are going to try just to see if you can get a site ranked, then it should look something like wlh's http://www.seolife.com/olympia-coffee.html but your site actually seems to be attempting to target users. I'm sorry man, all I see is spam, I click on links and see stuff like

Makes no sense to me as a user, and if you arent building a website for visitors what is the point of trying to get them?

I think something has gone totally wrong if you think that this website is something I would teach someone to be the pinnacle of "Optimized duality" http://www.seo-guy.com/seo-tutorial/optimized-duality.html perhaps you might want to re-read the page I'm sorry to be so negetive about your effort, but it is certainly not something I would be "proud of"
