I noticed that you have at least 2 links on this page

one with the link text "seo forum" and picture,

both linking to

http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/

Does this help with the SE?
Does this hurt with the SE?

Only the first link in followed, the text link at the top left of the site, however becaues VB defaults the image to point to index I also added the same anchor to cover the bases.

It doesnt hurt with the SE's, if it did I wouldnt do it ;) Does it help, maybe, maybe not

I also notice you didn't link back to you main site from your forum - is this deliberate ?

lol this seo stuff is easy just copy seo-guys site and change the words lol job done ..... oh yeah and get aout 10,000 backlinks lol
