RSS Feed question

I'm using RSS feeds on my site that are related to my website, I also know that duplicate content is a no no in google how do I get around this using RSS Feeds, is there software out there or some way to tweak my php??

Are you worried about the fact that your content duplicates that on the original site?

You will have enough unique content in the way of headers, navigation and footers to make your version unique.

I wouldn't worry too much.
