I used to have over 620 pages indexed in Google. I now have 520 indexed in Google. My page rank is a 3 on my main page.

Is there a way to test my page rank linking to see if I am optimized for Google/PR.

The site in questions is www.avidware.com

regards,

Hi Scott, I just had a look at your site, it could be a number of things, how old are the pages that you are loosing? It could be that you just need to update some old content. There are a lot of popups on the site as well... if you think of it this way, as a user, would those popups be a benefit or not, most likely not, so google may see that as bad that it pops up so much and you could loose some listings that was as well. One way to get more of your pages relisted is too increase your PR. If you moved your index up to even a 5 that would give more "importance" to your lower pages and they would be less likely to get delisted.

Just a couple thoughts, wait till morgan can have a look too.

Scott
With such a low pagerank it is hard to get googlebot to deepcrawl your site and index all of your pages, I would work on a lot more backlinks you will have much more success.

There are also a lot of things you can do with that domain to improve both the SEO and get rid of some of the unneccesary keyword stuffing etc

I have created a new forum for site reviews at http://www.seo-guy.com/forum/forum18.html if you would like to post your URL there along with the keywords you are targeting we would be happy to go though and make some quick suggestions
