I am quite amazed at various techniques of Search Engine Algorithms. Yesterday I observed a strange phenomenon.

The website www.seohawk.com has a PR of 3 whereas all deep links have PR 4-5. I am quite amazed at this phenomenon. If anyone knows whats up with the PR in this case do let me know

Is it got to do with SEO friendly design, or the internal linking structure

welcome to the forum.

I think it's usually a touch of both the things you mentioned, as well as your external backlinks to your deep pages. For instance you have a PR5 link to your articles page.
