Hi,

it's nice looking site. I only had a quick look, but there are a few usability issues.

There are important links in the footer that should be put more prominently on the page eg "products" and "FAQ". I would put them both in the top with some sort of navigational bar.

Also I think these should be hotlinked shouldn't they;
Romantic Gifts Holidays Anniversaries Memorials ?

There's no clear navigation on the site in my view, so you can get lost in it very easily. Don't assume that people will make the effort to figure it out, and don't assume that everyone will land on your home page.

Am not a usablity expert.. but as an intrude visitor I just thought some points to share....

As Paz said the internal linking is a little bit confusive atleast for ppl like me - who doesn't have full understanding of 'what exactly the site deals'...

yeah, the learn more link is there and yeah,.. that's in the right spot, I think. But the top links ... 'Romantic Gifts Holidays Anniversaries Memorials' is a little bit confusive, since I tempted to click on the top thumnail images -thinking those are the link images - so I think it's better to include a hyperlink in thise images too...

Again the internal linking structure should get redone, since the soiders may face difficulties with the current structure...

And in the SEo point of view, I prefer you have to start from the KW research itself and there are load to do. Please consult any SEo expert or read more on that.. I prefer.

Now that you mention it those words at the top can be a bit confusing. Probably should turn those into hotlinks. You both make some good suggestions. Definitely appreciate it and I'll probably end up asking again later after I've made some changes. Thanks again.

After a quick look I'd have to second (or third) the notion that the 'Romantic Gifts Holidays Anniversaries Memorials' above the images is a little confusing. I thought it was four different categories/sections of your site, with the images broken in four to match them.

I also think that it might be a bit easier to navigate with the menu bar moved up to the top. It's good that your logo in the top left links back to the home page though!

So I guess I'm just agreeing on what has been said above.
