You can add you site to that url but it is almost better or easier for a spider to crawl your site from a link the leads to your site.

If that is your website in your signature link you will be on there soon enough, however recently I have not seen alot of sites getting indexed in MSN I set up a directory 3 weeks ago and even though it is top on Google and Yahoo it has still not been indexed by MSN which is very unusual.
