Well i personally think that SEO has a different defination for each one of us. If we take as a way to fool search engine i am sure google is discouraging it.

Don't worry! It is perfectly normal. Just keep on optimizing. This could be just Google Dancing or maybe that your competitors are after the same keywords than you. So don't stop working on your site's optimization, either way you'll need it.
