Especially if you are "paying" for links and not using a no-follow attribute. Then you wont show up in the google index at all once your caught

Did you guys even visit the site?

They don't ask for any money up front but reckon they can push you to the top of Google and other SE's within 120 days.
I don't know what techniques they use, I only gave the examples above as an idea of perhaps they would get top positions. I know link farms and spam pages are bad news, that's not to say this is what they do..
For all I know, they use strict white hat SEO.
