It's quite normal - honest. On IIS servers, the default document is usually named "default", particularly if it's an ASP page, as opposed to an HTML page. But even then, default.htm is likely to be what you'd find. In IIS, there is a list of default documents that the server is looking for in folders - you can rearrange the order that it searches in, and even add or change the names. It really doesn't matter.
