I am confused with Google. Last week the ranking was fine and suddenly it dropped from 1st page to nowhere. Please help me if there is anything happening in Google or if there is some penalty from Google for my site.

Then, probably your competitors had.

Check your inbound link and your link partners. It's really difficult to have good link partners. You should have to be continuous in link popularity development.

I would say that your competitors have done something....but this wouldn't really explain the drop from first page to nowhere.

Perhaps you're these are the results of something you did a few weeks back, or sometimes Google is just Google and something is going behind the scenes and site will be back in a couple of days.
