In addition to my previous thread, could anyone give me a rough outline about how I apply CSS Style Sheet to a DW template? And how I use a DW template to quickly create standards compliant pages.

I think you can link it to an external CSS file as per usual?

The template should already have a style sheet. You'll have to modify that. Your best bet really is to start from scratch though.
