Pages Out of cache

Hi, every body as my web protal www.hotgurgaon.com had 500 pages cache in google 15 days ago but unfortunatly there is only 295 pages in google cache now so can some one tell me why this is happening and how can i come out of this problem as my protal has 10000+ pages but various pages comes form data base.

I want to increase the number of cache pages in google so plz help me.

Thanks for reply but i have did this i have created a xml site of 2mb since it is very big so i have braked it into 21 small sized site maps and then submitted all 21 sitemap in google webmaster tool also doing directory submission and other link popularity.

If some more ways to get dynamic pages cache in google please tell me.

Dear Tom,

Please make a Static HTML sitemap and put all the links (dynamic links) on that.
Maybe you will have to break ur sitmap into parts but it should be a static page

no title or no content on what is supposed to be your sitemap page.

Have you recently changed from asp to aspx?

since this web portal in primarily was in asp and currently this have been changed in .net so some pages r remains in asp.

but at this page
http://www.hotgurgaon.com/sitemap.aspx
at the bottom i have putted xml site maps at the bottom of this page
http://www.hotgurgaon.com/sitemap.aspx

since all the pages are coming from database so it is really difficult to manages them but i have did started with some main pages.

Please sir give me some suggestion as i improve this sites visibility in serach engines any suggestion are most welcomed.
