Hi,

I'd go for 1024*768 because hardly anyone is using 800x600 these days, I think around 5-10%.

Cheers,
Paz.

Thanks Paz

Thanks Paz. I know that i should design it for 1024*768. All i wanted to know is how to perfectly fit for any screen resolution. Wether to use tables or DIV tags or something else? Confused a bit?

Hi,

if you have tables and you're ranking well I'd stick with them to be honest, but if you are buiding a new site I'd go with CSS. The code's a lot cleaner, which will help with your actual text to code ratio.

YOu have a link in your signature by the way, there's no need to add it manually too.

Cheers,
Paz.

I think you can do it easily with tables.

As Paz said.. if its a new site u can make use of div that will reduce the amount of your coding making ur text more visible compared to html

Use 1024x768, coz about 90% people are using this and secondaly don't go for CSS, still CSS is easy...you call CSS code externally tat will be more search engine freindly and also loading time will be less.

Njoy!!!
