Google search result (TIPS)

after you search at Google place &num=100 at the end of the address bar. This will show 100 results per page. Since Google clusters search results by site this will make scanning the link list rather easy. thanks...

you can also adjust this and other result display preferences by clicking on 'preferences' and then making your desired options.

Why would you even care about that? The first page is the only one that counts.

you don't get it... and i don't care if you don't use it...ok..

I often will look at the first 100 results to see ranks etc....but i have it set in my preferences so that i don't have to change it every time.

Lefty, so someone asks you to elaborate on a post and you stick your head in the sand? I am calling you out, why is looking at something like the 100th result benifical?

I like http://www.google.com/ie?q=&num=100&hl=en

By the way jocelyn I ment to tell you that the shirt is wonderful. I guess we all use commands for different things. We usualy pin pages above the fold on the first page in just a few weeks, so we just dont spend time looking past that 1st page.

I like my research clean and fast and use KW queries with quote(s) like

"hawaiian aloha shirts"
hawaiian aloha shirts"

Ranking in SERPS is about authority, this KW (and its page) is just 1 month old >>> red hawaiian dresses.

I think you know about shirts hey... I'll change and you can rate the next one if you like... lol

Some pages have to be followed in deeper water sometimes... one of my site play in the poker searches... and you can't bring them all on first. For any of my sites, if I find a deep serps hit in my logs... you can be sure this key will be tracked as I tweak my stuff to get it... so it can be useful to look deep, it depends what you do, how you do it and of course in what industry.

Jocelyn, that picture is just plain ole scary. Given the nature of the beast, it seems you have some logic behind deep serps, thus a reason for you to do it.

I never mean to get on anyone for things they can verify or explain, it’s just when totally vague info is spouted in a forum, it really messes up the people trying to learn. Personally SEO for something like a poker or real-estate site has to be a total pain; I admire you for even taking it on.

With us its a home run or the SI and in less than 2 weeks. Good buddy Matt Cutts never sheds a tear. :)
