nice update! i'm seeing lots of differents results in the data centers posted at http://www.mcdar.net/dance/index.php SEO G, where did u find that ip? why it is scheduled to propagate? thx! |
Thanks SEO guy, doing fine here 64.233.161.99 for this keyword phrase
"search engine optimization software" number 3. We have to wait and see how our backlinks shake out, but for now I see we picked up two more baclinks compared to the last update. Zero change for our PR but we managed to go from 60 to 3. Looks like on page factors are having some more weight. |
Nice heads up, SEO-Guy - Thanks...
Looking a bit better, some pleasant surprises. I had one domain that took a minor beating with Florida; not wiped out completely, but dropped back to about page 20, then settled in @ page 4-6 depending on key term combination. I elected to basically leave the site alone to "ride out the storm" since it gained in so many other areas ( in the SERPS ), and inbound search engine traffic actually increased quite a bit. The results from this data center show a complete correction with several key terms I've been watching, and in other industries, basically the same results. It's like Google has become a fickle force of nature. We ought to have a scale, something like "today's seismic activity". --- "yesterday, a volcano erupted across all regional real estate key term search results. Damage estimated: 20,000 urls..." |
Yeah it certainly is becoming turbulent however it bodes very well for the SEO world, contant income + term contracts instead of one off fees. That is if you can manage to keep some rankings lol

In this new Google I am completely lost :( but my clients site still rules :D |
Hope this new Index will come over now.
I have some very good Positions for my clients there. And at the moment i cant make big changes at this pages, because i want to be 100% sure that this will be the regular Index. Come on Google do faster ;) |
I don't think we are done yet, over the weekend results were all over the place depending on which data center was queried.
Right now I am still seeing the same pre weekend update SERPs on www,www2,www3. Anybody else seeing different results except for http://64.233.161.99. |
Not over but I agree Frank we are seeing some definite improvement if the serps from that datacenter propogate also waiting to see PR catch up to the newly updated backlinks anyone seeing anything new?
