Googlebot and 64.233.167.4

I need to know when did Googlebot start using 64.233.167.4 for the first time? I found one date, Feb-4, at http://www.google-dance-tool.com/go...ory.html?g=more

And where can I get up-to-date lists of Googlebot IP addresses? The ones at http://www.iplists.com/ haven't been updated.

My domain was banned. I don't know if it was a manual ban or if it was because I accidentally had duplicate pages in there (long story). How long it would take for googlebot to ban my site after it had detected the duplicate pages? Four days?

If my domain is reinstated will it drop down in the SERPs or do I have a chance to get my previous top positions back?

I had quick look at my logs and have no visit from googlebot at that ip address in the last month anyay, (googlebots are normally 66.249..etc). Also, if you give the domain name of your site it will be easier for members to check it out and help you with the banning questions.

I figured this out: it's not a bot it's "Google WAP Proxy/1.0"

User agent: Nokia6610I/1.0 (4.10) Profile/MIDP-1.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.0 (Google WAP Proxy/1.0)

I know the reason I was banned and I have already cleaned the site. I just wonder why Google doesn't send warnings or something, they just manually delete your domain and all pages in it from their index and cause a lot of problems for webmasters. In my case the domain had several websites, most of them 100% clean with no SEO of any kind.

My top positions have been taken by domains that use doorway pages with javascript redirects. It's a bit unfair that some get manually banned for something others in the same business continue on doing for months, maybe years to come.
