such fluctuations in the serps are normal in the SE's.... but if you look at your "colleagues" they have substantially more backlinks, and maybe a few more pages. It seems that many of them have paid for inclusion in the yahoo directory....

Do some fine tuning, for instance you have "deco lifts" "maxi lifts" etc. as graphics, try changing them to text as these are important keywords.

But because you are on the front page already I would go for fine tuning rather than a major revamp.
