Hi friends! I have designed a new business website:-

Now, I want to promote it in google. I have put all the meta tags, description,titles and alt tags in images and text links. I have also put some content and highlighted the products in bold text(which is the main target).

Please review the website and give some tips. Should I put alt tag in the image heading at the top also ?

Somebody suggested me to lessen the number of meta-tags to 4-5. I have put the tags according to competitors website who is ranking at Top 10 with decent keywords.

Is there any harm in putting the statcounter code in home page and other pages ?

The website is already indexed by google.

But its not coming in Top 100 also with my targeted keywords.

theres nothing wrong with statcounter.. metas don't help that much.. read more about SEO...

Hiii...

Just gone through you website. It really seems good.But few suggestions regarding SEO optimization (purely my opinion - dont know whether these will definetly affect in our rankings)

1. Framing of Title: <primary KW><secondary KW><company name>

Primary keyword: Target each page with one primary(utmost important) KW.
Secondary KW: If you have many keywords to target, you can have this category.
Company Name: Purely for branding purpose. No user comes and searches for your company name(if he knows he directly goes to the website right?) , so have it at the end of the title.

At the end, framing of title should be very simple and clear to the visitors - visitors should be able to know about the exact line of business you are into.

Instead of using "comma" as a separator either use pipe(|)symbol or a space, so that it looks in a neat manner.

Do these for all the pages of your website.

focus on internal link building and also external link building.

also add more content, which you can use for your internal link building. Add nofollow tags on the home page on links where you don't pr juice to be passed.
