Web archive needed urgently

Dear Members,

We have a client which site was well promoted in the 2 months back.
Now he lost his all meta tags and some files from his server. His site is disappeared from Google Search engine. He now wants again the same ranking and keywords with lost file names.

I tried web archive.org but tool gives only the home/index page information while i want to extract all meta information and files which were existed in last 2 months.

Please suggest me if any online tool is here. How can i recover all data of my client's site. I need only missed file and respective meta information.

Waiting for your kind assistance.

Graceful thanks in advance for your kind help

Hi,

There are lots of things you can do I think but your hosting company should have an archived backup that they can give you. I think they'll charge $50.

I'm not convinced your loss of meta descriptions and keywords would cause problems, but lost files & filenames certainly would

There's a lot of information available in your analytics packages. If you have Google Analytics you can look at your URls in the content/landing pages area back before the site went down.

You can also get a list of 404 Not found errors from Google bots, because they'll keep trying to crawl the page, especially if it has external links. You can also maybe install their webmaster tools and get a list from there.

Once you have a list you can try searching for the URL/filename and see if there is a cache of it in Google, Yahoo or MSN. MSN updates so infrequently that you might be able to get a listing via the site:yourdmain.com search.

Some of the other minor search engines don't update very often and you could look at ask.com, altavista.com etc.

Cheers,
Paz.
