Is it just me or is Yahoo Slurp on speed lately? They are hitting all over my sites lately. Even my homepage was hit four times within a six hour period.

I normally get visited often by Slurp but lately a lot more frequently.

Yes we are seeing quite frequent hits from yahoo crawler across our network of sites, BTW if you want to see the dates of your site crawled by yahoo slurp you can do a search in hotbot,

www.hotbot.com shows the dates of yahoo slurp crawler indexing of that particular page,

I've seen frequent visits from Yahoo for quite a while now on all of my sites. Most of them see the majority of their traffic from Yahoo, MSN second. Makes me not even care about Google at times.
