This is it. I've called Yahoo, tried to use my Overture contacts...you'll be referred to the first form, which will let you know if you have or have not been penalized. If you were, then you fix whatever may have caused the penalty (they won't tell you) and then fill out the second form -- it can take months before they get around to re-including the site. By far, Yahoo is the worst of the three major engines when it comes to taking this type of issue seriously.
