Could anyone provide any tips or tutorial location for designing pages using a graphics package then exporting the layout to DW?

Also what optimisation/W3C Standards issues am i likely to come up against.

I have a basic understanding of this but would like to improve my skills also would I be right in assuming that if I wish to do this with DIVS/CSS rather than TABLES/CSS that I will have to have one beastly CSS file?
