Hi:)
Hello,
Zeno here, I'm from the UK and I'm totally knew to SEO. During the course of surfing the net to find appropriate information SEO GUY has continually popped up at the top of every knowledable persons list of recommended places to visit.
So I hope to be able to contribute what I've learnt and refine, and fill in the gaps in what I have not learnt.

Wow! This has to be one of the friendliest boards I've ever seen! Thanks for the welcome guys!. This SEO business, it really is quite a fascinating business, I am wondering if it is more of an "art" or a "science".
The logic involved is somehow "not linear logic", I don't know if that makes sense to anybody or anybody can relate to it, but it is seemingly somehow a lateral element of thinking involved.

There is definitly an element of uncertaintly involved but the % of success increases dramatically the more skill sets rooted in linear logic you are able to develope and apply.
The one main thing to remember is that search engines want to report quality websites that are as relevant as possible to the majority of queries for a search. Think like a search engine that cares about its results and you will always do well
