How long do you think it will take and in what order? MSN, Google, Yahoo

Looking at Naked SEO Babes (started by <hush falls over crowd> The Great RelaxZoolander </hush>) It'll go in MSN and Yahoo but I couldn't find it in Google. [edit]actually it's Page 4 in Google[/edit]

On a related note... the dead meat is still on page 3 though, we'll see if it was partly my forum sig as it's now been allocated for a higher calling.... namely Web Designing Mumbai (smiley here).

I'm sorry if you are offended, or that you feel that the discussion was pointless. I'm confidant that if you'll reread the thread you'll see that there are a few things that you might have picked up from it (eg KEI, Google search operators, advice on SE's....)

And... for us, it's not about making money or winning approval. Our community simply strives to combine our seo experiences to improve our own understanding and thereby our private sites while helping those out that are newer to the game. In so doing it's important for those of us who have been around a bit try to keep the bs to a minimum so the newbies don't get misled.

You'd be amazed at the collaborations that result from dilaog such as this, and how much easier it can make some tasks. You may want to hang around a bit to see what I'm talking about, but it will go over a little better if you're open to suggestions and don't pose as an authority on the subject (most of us have done a fair amount of research).

Again, my apologies if you were offended and the best of luck in your business.

The signature was a nice idea! Guess it won't take long time until all the major search engines have picked up the Web Designing Mumbai thread. But when this thread ranks for Web Designing Mumbai it's of course not because the term is not competitive. It's because Google, msn and Yahoo is BROKEN... All of them at the same time!

Seriously though, overture are a Pain sometimes, I optimised for "motor bike insurance" because overture said it has 25,000 searches per month (or similar)

HOWEVER, people dont type in "Motor Bike Insurance" they type in "MotorBike Insurance" , which is a warning when reading the keyword tool from overture.

Yeah but that usually includes... Singular, Plurials, different orders and all kinds of variations that will make the # bigger. Also, a lot of times, keywords are sorted... like "bee best insecticide" might really be "best insecticide for bees". Your mission, if you accept it, is to find the one that is used the most among all of these combinations added together. I'll give you an hint, it'll be the one you have a harder time to get... lol

It's good as a guide line but you can just take a phrase and use that straight ... I often laught seeing people making their title as stupid as some phrases listed on overture...
