Line Break In Link

Hi, I really like the way we currently list products (example - Quad Speed Skates), but I was thinking that if I changed the names of each product to incorporate more keywords it would help in the search engine rankings.
For example, we have a skate we're currently calling "Shaker".
Would it help if I called it "Shaker Quad Speed Skates"?
I think that is less attractive looking on the page, so I bolded the main word, Shaker, and put a break after it, in the same link.
Here's what the link looks like:
<a class="sitewidelinks" href="index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&amp;ProdID=17"><b>Shaker</b><br>Quad Speed Skates</a>
Will Google still recognise that was "Shaker Quad Speed Skates, and give it the benefit of having the keywords there?

Is changing them a good idea at all?
I figure that if the Quad Speed Skates page has products that all say that, that page would come up higher in Google for the search "quad speed skates".
What do you think?
Thanks a lot!!!
