How to handle pressures
You know guys, I have been joining forums since time immemorial but jut gotten my very first obnoxious reply from a certain forum -- of course not in here. Well, as our bos would always say, maintain your composure even in difficult situations.
How about you guys? Have you ever experienced this similar case? How do you handle it? How unfair I can't seem to use similar bad words as what I received because I'm working for a highly respected company. But grrrrrrr....
Why do forums allow this kind of stuff? Is there any way that I can do to get even? Say, I report the person who posted it?

Hi,
I'm sorry to hear that people have been rude! Most forums have rules against "flaming" (insulting) other members; we do. Maybe you can hit the "report this post to a moderator" button if someone has been really rude? I think you're right to ignore it and let off steam in here
Cheers,
Paz.

We all get it one day or an other... but the threads just sink after a while and usually, they can't even be found when searching for them. Got to be carefull too, cause a post has no tone or expression... so it's up to you to decide the guy is yelling, complaining, laughing... some may just make a funny comment that sounds different to the reader.

Wow... got a lot of spare time on our hands... I wonder what is the income or how does one feel some acomplishment or selfimprovement from that. You don't build a business by spitting in your competition's neck... goes to credibility... what one does to someone can do it to you... so if your friend dadmouth joe... maybe next week he'll badmouth you. So often it can hurt them more than you...

Nope... no go at you... was for the guy who made a thread about you... sorry, french canadian brain typing english... lol
Most are doing seo for others or for themselfs... if you make it for others and get paid you have a business... you ain't too busy to have time to make a thread to go ***** about someone... and what do you gain from *****ing at someone... and it's not the best way to attrack customers...

Anyway guys, going back to my complain good thing a day afterthis incident I received a lot of positive feedbacks regarding my query.
By the way, Jocelyn, I am really sure that it was a negative feedback despite of the absence of the expression or tone that goes with it. I knew it was really bad because there were bad words used.
Good thing I was so busy t foget hitting the 'report...' button. Imagine there was even one who said that his words were GOOD IDEAS. Wow!!! Words ending in -ucks are now considered as 'good ideas.'
And this is what made me really downhearted, not even one from the moderators answered back to him. Well, no idea if he received any PMs but if this is the case will there be any tendency that his post will be deleted?
Thanks guys. You lifted my spirit.
