Help me in page rank for google

I have developed my site www.vitalishealthcare.com. I submitted it to different search engines. Including google, Yahoo,hobot,lycos.
It is only ranked in yahoo at 8th position. What should i do to rank it it in all search engines.

I have to agree with dilligaf,

SEO-GUY Tutorial with help answer the basic questions. I am new to this and it's already stiring up the creative SEO juices. Stick with it and you will see changes.
