I was just wondering if when adding keywords/phrases into meta tags and content if it is necessary to use singular and plural. Also Does it matter the order in which you place words in a keyphrase?

plural vs singlar matters in the tags and the content, put your main phrase first, try to marry your title to your desc as much as possible....;-)
