I was scammed, too. And banned from Google. I don't see any TP pages on my server but my SEE page is still up. So, I can't go begging and crying to Google just yet.

How has everyone else handled this problem? I've sent emails and so far no response. And as you know, it's hard to get someone on the phone....

There has been quite a few people that have been scammed by those guys from what I have read. I hope it works out for you.

Very true, and my understanding is that their "SEE" page is actually on their server. If it just links to you (If my assumption is correct) there's not a helluva lot you can do, but it really (by itself) shouldn't hurt you.

I just received an email from TP saying that they would take down my SEE page and cancel my account. Also, saying that all the bad things being posted on these forums about TP are untrue. That my site has NOT been banned from Google, that due to Google's problems 400 million sites are "lost" and Google is working to fix the problem. And even Overture.com is not listed at this time. And my site should be back on Google any day, even maybe today. (it's not)

Anyway, I don't believe anything they are saying so I'll have them take my SEE page down, go begging to Google and hope for the best. I had 100's of pages with good rankings and good page ranks. I hope that I get those rankings back.....
