Form the post back in July it looks like you just started optimizing for New Jersey Web Design" so I think you still have a time issue. The sandbox refers to the links getting held back. Let's say you started working on anchor text "New Jersey Web Design" back in July. Google probably didn't find the links until August.

Again, I think you are probably on the list for the next sandbox release.

Not handy but I could dig if you really want I thought I read something on SEO Chat back in Sept or so.

Wait... Actually you had a test here too. You had a link in your SIG to a page on MyWebDude and it lost allinanchor in the summer and never got any PR. Am I right????

It didn't even stay indexed in Google but ended up doing well on Yahoo & MSN but that was awhile ago and I think it showed up for allinanchor when it was indexed.
