Used to use them a while ago. When I decided to cancel so I can try out other webstats, they continued to bill me. Their accounting/billing dept always took a week to respond. They finally stopped billing me, but not before over-charging me for 2 months, which ofcourse I never got back.
If that's not bad service, I don't know what is... I'll never use tham again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
