Is this consider as black hat SEO?

Guys, need your advise... Go to the site and view the source, isn't that consider as black hat SEO? Its ranking is quite good. I wonder what Google is doing...

I wouldn't consider it black hat. Just keyword stuffing in the meta and alt tags. Google likely ignores these tags anyway.

Sometimes the meta description shows up in the SERPS and no one in their right mind would click on that description. I would say it doesn't help in Google ranking, but could hurt the click-through rate.

Keyword stuffing might actually help SERP placement in the other SEs.

I don't know if I would call it black hat, but if you pay attention closely the page 1.com.my uses javascript redirect to home.html. The redirected page is stuffed with white text keywords on white background.
Now, considering the fact that SE do not 'see' javascript and do not follow those redirects, they stay at the main page.

Try to turn off javascript on your browser, to see that.

So black hat? not sure what that is. Amaturistic spam that will likely to be caught sooner ot later sure...

Yeah! That is true! I haven't notice that!
Actually when we type the domain name into our browser, it will first land at a page where there is a javascript redirect to home.html.
Try this: type the domain name, then quickly press Esc before it goes to the home.html. Watch their meta description and keyword!
Oh man this is balck hat! I wonder why Google still didn't caught them.

Also, look at the home.html.... Other than the meta tags, there is a section where it spamly stuff their keyword on alt of images.

If Google did not catch them, we might start thinking to follow what they do...lol

Good catch. I didn't see it the first time.

The index page is unadulterated spam. I can't believe that a search engine would bother to index this. Must be 50% KW density. If Google needs to filter something, how about this crap.
