estimating use of keywords on a SE
Is there any program out there that can give you an idea of how many times a keyword or words were used in a month?
Under some good advice, I am looking to find my keywords, used diffrently than the ones my competitors are using, or mispelled,
and trying to capitolize on common spelling errors and abnormal uses of words.
any and all help is much appreciated.
PS- if my spelling is horrible, its because I have HYLEE trained my mind to think like my costumers.

Digitalpoint suggestion tool is really nice, but I can't help having my doubts about Wordtracker data. For instance, according to the wordtracker keyword report, some weeks ago "pelajar uitm bogel" was #37 most researched phrase of the week (This week is still #113). "pelajar uitm bogel" apparently means "nude Uitm student"
Uitm is one of the university in Malaysia. "Pelajar" means student in Malay language. And "Bogel" means naked/nude. More than 30000 searches a month for that?
And what is wordtracker source of data? apparently data is not provided by google or yahoo but from metacrawlers...

I asked them about this a while back, and they had a really long drawn out answer. Can't find the email. Basically they take data from the meta crawlers and do estimates for other engines based on their respective market share. Not very accurate. I find it useful to compare the numbers with Overture's tool, but bottom line is, none of these tools provide any exact figures.

I dont think that the figures would be exact, but I like to think that if there lookin for it at some frequancy on wordtracker and oveture, its safe to say that its being searched on even more on the Big engines.

Might not be completely on topic, but I've just compiled a list of good keyword tools into a small site
http://www.compareyourkeywords.com
Might be a few useful resources there for all...
