Is it possible to get my aff link higher then a main site in the SERP's?

Example

aff main page www.what ever.com/
my aff link www.What ever.com/?aff=number

something like that could the aff link get higher then the main site?

Sure. Send all of your backlinks to the affiliate link with the target anchor text. But why would you want to?
