Hello my site has no PR on the toolbar but is geting re-cashed every 2-3 days does that mean that when the next pr update I should have a pr of 3-4 maybe 5?

Impossible to say. Getting recached every 2-3 days, I'm guessing you're getting spidered every other day? That used to be for sites PR4+, but it has since changed...I've seen sites that would probably only be considered a PR1 (if PR updated correctly) with daily spidering.

But...PR doesn't mean a whole lot anymore. Consistent spidering is good -- keep the right links coming into you and everything will work out.

I have a website, google come to my site with daily, but the PR is 3.

I think backlink and page optimization is more important then PR.

I know but I would like to see something on that green bar I have been working on optimization on my pages and backlinks to about two of them for about a month now. I am second for allinanchor: Right Hand Drive Jeeps for google and was hopeing to see that go up.

depending on the number of pages your website has, and the way they link to each other, and to the home page.
But most of all, it depends on the pr of the pages you are getting inbound links from.
